As with any good product there's good people behind it. Our staff is dedicated to achieving the regions best low & slow smoked chicken, pork and beef found. This can only be achieved by patience and consistency during the cooking process. Each time one of our BROLE MFG cooking units are brought to temperature, our choice products are carefully seasoned & monitored throughout the entire process which ranges from 5 to 12 hours respectfully.
   We complete "on site" training programs for our Pit Masters enabling those that qualify to continue the chain of leadership and growth expected by Cole's BBQ Co., while not sacrificing quality or consistency.
